COMPANY’S HISTORY

Ruincar, acronym of industrial wheels for trolleys, started as an individual firm from an inspiration of Mr. Gianni Boventi from the beginning supported by his wife Mrs. Maria Perotti.

It was the 60’s when after an intensive and specific experience the founder, until then engaged in the construction of moulds for sheet metal and stainless steel deformation, started with pecified equipments for the production of wheels for industrial manual trolleys.

The small mechanical handicraft reality began its transformation and implemented molding process of parts for wheels and assembly of the same, initially entrusted to external artisan enterprises.

Ruincar growed and became a little firm that necessities a large area, found in Sarezzo, district of Brescia, where it is still located.

The current productions covers about 10.000 sqm and it’s organised on stages and automatic processes controlled by a 4.0 system.

It all begins with a precise control at the input of raw material, follows the cold forging phase using mechanical and hydraulic presses with different powers and complex toolings.

It was maintained a construction and repair department for moulds, that is updated with various needs of staff and the introduction of new machinery.

For these reasons it’s possible to obtain constant quality that allows during the assembly to have a high quality finished product.

Every passage is controlled and managed by qualified personnel and cutting edge tools.

Ruincar in addiction to the standard products has the possibility to produce special items, thanks to the technical internal office.

Our technicians verify the feasibility and manage to adapt the details or build new in order to satisfy the customers and therefore the market.

The family management of brothers Enzo and Luisa Boventi allows this small reality to face and assert itself worldwide on all markets. Responding quickly to client request and supporting the great competitiveness of a reality managed with strong commitment and awareness.
