PRODUCT LINES
The pride of RU-IN-CAR production is the "SHEET MOLDING" department; the machine park is made up of automated mechanical presses with tonnage up to 315 tons and some hydraulic presses for the most demanding drawing. All the metal parts making up the wheel assembly are internally molded with molds, even of considerable complexity, which guarantee high production capacities and optimization of the raw material.
The "ASSEMBLY" department of the support group is made up of fully automatic lines designed and developed specifically for RU-IN-CAR; the assembly of the wheel assembly is entrusted to multiple semi-automatic stations.
In the “TESTING” department, qualified personnel subject the finished product to a series of tests and checks according to the regulations in force. In this regard RU-IN-CAR has developed over the years specific test benches that reproduce the real use conditions of the wheel, including corrosive environments, and high temperatures.
RU-IN-CAR has an internal “MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE” department with the aim of keeping the progressive and transfer molds efficient, as well as the equipment accompanying production and assembly. This makes it possible to reduce downtime to a minimum, guaranteeing the high quality standards of the particular products.
INDUSTRIAL LIGHT DUTY
Suitable for not particularly heavy industrial uses, with good resistance to shocks and abrasion; also suitable for surfaces with obstacles or in any case not perfectly smooth.
Solid rubber or pneumatic wheels, combined with metal hub, alternatively polyamide 6 or polypropylene.
Can be combined with the standard supports series, typically in the galvanized version.
INDUSTRIAL MEDIUM DUTY
Suitable for medium-heavy industrial uses, with already high capacity characteristics, with the possibility of combining ball bearings.
Wheels in polyurethane or superelastic rubber, combined with hub in cast iron, aluminum or polyamide 6.
Can be combined with the standard supports series, typically in the galvanized version.
INDUSTRIAL HEAVY DUTY
Suitable for heavy industrial use, with high capacity characteristics, with the possibility of combining ball bearings.
Wheels in polyurethane, rubber, combined with hubs in cast iron, aluminum, steel or polyamide 6.
Can be combined with the heavy and extra heavy supports series, typically in the galvanized version.
FOOD (FROZEN)
Suitable for light and medium heavy industrial uses with the possibility of combining ball bearings, used in the food sector to ensure hygiene, cleanliness and resistance to low temperatures.
Polyurethane wheels combined with polyamide 6 or polypropylene hub.
Can be combined with standard and heavy AISI 304 stainless steel supports.
FOOD (HIGH TEMPERATURE)
Suitable for light and medium heavy industrial uses with the possibility of combining ball bearings; resistant to high temperatures up to 280 ° used in the food sector, particularly in cooking ovens.
Wheels in phenolic resin, technopolymer or rubber resistant to high temperatures.
Can be combined with the standard and heavy galvanized and stainless steel supports series.
BUILDING
Suitable for construction activities, for use in wheelbarrows, scaffolding and concrete mixers; resistant to variable climatic conditions and wear ensuring the ability to carry high loads on most terrains.
Solid rubber or pneumatic wheels, combined with metal or plastic hub.
Can be combined with the standard or extra heavy supports series in the galvanized version.
URBAN NETNESS
Suitable for larger capacity waste collection bins, ideal for commercial activities, warehouses, condominiums and public and private structures that generate large volumes of garbage; great for reducing noise and low maintenance.

FURNITURE & COLLECTIVITY
Suitable for not particularly heavy loads, used for all types of flooring, including catering, commercial and domestic environments.

FEET
Self-adjustable feet in AISI 304 stainless steel that guarantee resistance to corrosion while maintaining hygiene; ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Our range of supports guarantees a wide range of capacity suitable for every need; different types available, fixed and swivel versions to which mounting accessories can be added. They differ in material and color, white galvanized for light loads, tropical yellow galvanized for heavy and extra heavy loads and finally stainless steel supports.

Wide range of choice according to needs thanks to our complete range of brakes: front, rear, adjustable, centralized total, hexagonal and directional, which can be combined with galvanized or stainless steel supports.
